Member of the Board of Directors

Karen Margaryan is a senior economist and business leader with more than 37 years of experience in high-level management. He currently heads the Institute of Media, Advertising and Film Producing at the Russian-Armenian University and is a Board Member of ID Bank CJSC since 2016. Since 2022, he has been the founder and executive director of GFN.AM, as well as from 2024 has been a Board Member of Haypost CJSC, Armenia’s national postal operator.
Dr Margaryan holds a Doctorate in Economics, and is the author of more than fifty scientific works on economics and management, as well as more than ten fiction novels.

Chief Accountant

Lusine Martirosyan is a finance professional with 23 years of experience in accounting, budgeting, taxation, and financial reporting within Armenia’s banking sector. Before joining ID Leasing, she held senior positions in accounting and control at both international and local Armenian banks, specializing in IFRS reporting, tax compliance, accounting and internal financial control frameworks. She holds the ACCA qualification and is also a certified expert accountant and a member of the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia.
Lusine earned her master’s degree in Economics from the Armenian State University of Economics in 2002.

She graduated from the State University of Economics of RA in 2006
