Payroll Specialist

SENIOR SALES MANAGER

ID LEASING UCO LLC is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, managing payroll-related documentation, maintaining compliance with tax and labor regulations, and organizing the entire payroll process for employees.


Main Responsibilities։

  • Accurate and timely calculation of employees’ salaries, bonuses, incentives, and deductions
  • Verification and processing of timesheet and working hours data
  • Calculation of income tax, social contributions, and other mandatory payments
  • Preparation and submission of payroll reports to relevant authorities
  • Management of employee leave, sick leave, and absence records
  • Preparation of HR documentation in accordance with the RA Labor Code (employment contracts, agreements, orders)
  • Registration of employee hiring and termination requests
  • Ensuring confidentiality of payroll data
  • Execution of tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
  • Performing other duties arising from the position
  • Monitoring current labor legislation and tax law changes related to payroll


Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Higher education (preferably in Economics or Finance)
  • Knowledge of the RA Labor Code
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently with data
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office)
  • Knowledge of the ArmSoft accounting software
  • Strong teamwork, listening, and communication skills
