ID LEASING UCO LLC is looking for a responsible and proactive Supplier Relations Specialist. This position plays an important role in establishing and maintaining effective cooperation with suppliers, as well as coordinating and developing supplier-related processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze information about potential suppliers
• Expand the network of partner suppliers through cold calls, meetings, and other communication channels
• Develop and expand the scope of cooperation with existing suppliers through regular calls and meetings
• Develop and propose individual and special cooperation offers for existing suppliers
• Organize and manage documentation and paperwork related to suppliers
• Coordinate and monitor the property/equipment supply and delivery process
• Represent the company at events and meetings organized by partner suppliers

Required Qualifications:

• Higher education (preferably in Economics, Business, Management, or a related field)
• Supplier relationship management and negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with partners
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to find effective solutions and mutually beneficial agreements in conflict situations
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Knowledge of Russian and/or English will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, plan work effectively, and set priorities
• Proactive approach, high sense of responsibility, and results-oriented mindset
