About the Program

The KfW Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Financing Program aims to support the sustainable development of Armenia’s economy by promoting investments in energy-efficient technologies and renewable energy solutions.

The Program is implemented through the cooperation between ID Leasing UCO LLC and the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) Development Bank of the Federal Republic of Germany, in compliance with international best practices and environmental standards.

Within the framework of the Program, financing is provided for investments that:

Contribute to reducing energy consumption
Minimize negative environmental impact
Increase business productivity and competitiveness

Legal entities
Sole proprietors (individual entrepreneurs)
Individuals
Women-led or women-owned businesses

Solar Power Plants up to 150 kW

Solar Energy Financing

Description
Financing for the acquisition and installation of small and medium-scale solar power plants.

Leasing Asset: Solar power plants with a capacity of up to and including 150 kW
Beneficiaries: Resident individuals of the Republic of Armenia, legal entities, and sole proprietors
Currency: AMD
Lease Amount: AMD 5,000,000 – 80,000,000
Term: 24 – 120 months
Annual Nominal Interest Rate: 9% – 9.5%
Annual Actual Interest Rate: 9.38% – 10%
Down Payment: Starting from 10%
Insurance: The leased asset is subject to insurance, and the insurance costs are covered by ID Leasing UCO LLC

Financing for large-scale solar power plants intended for major investment projects.
